Role: Founder, Fractional CGO & Startup Operator (Nov 2020 – Present)
Focus: Provide immediate system design and execution capacity for early-stage ventures.
Outcome: Successfully delivered systems across multiple Seed-stage companies, focused on building GTM from scratch, securing foundational partnerships, and shaping viable business models for external funding.

LDN CBD

Role: Founding Team, COO & Interim MD (July 2018 – Oct 2020)
Focus: Launch the UK’s first legal cannabis health store in a fast-emerging, complex, and regulatory-heavy market.
Outcome: Established all operational systems, managed compliance and supply chain, and led product development and digital strategy. Successfully launched, operated, and grew the business into a recognised market leader.

Stoake

Role: Co-Founder, CEO (Jan 2014 – Feb 2018)
Focus: Build a high-end renewable energy installation company, focusing on complex, low-carbon projects in London.
Outcome: Oversaw end-to-end company operation, from strategy and finance to compliance and sales. Built a stable, profitable company from the ground up and secured significant market share in a highly competitive sector.

Greenpeace International

This two-year period with a high-profile international organisation is critical proof of my capacity for operational support and execution under extreme pressure.

Role: Operational Crew & Organisational Support (2008 – 2010)
Focus: Provide essential operational and logistical systems support for global campaigns and ship operations.

• Operational Resilience (7 Months): Served as operational crew aboard Rainbow Warrior II and Arctic Sunrise. Executed high-stakes campaigns at sea, including navigating long passages and implementing direct action. Proof of execution, leadership under duress, and extreme operational readiness.
• Organisational Support (1.3 Years): Provided internal support functions including resource management (Ships Unit) and information architecture (Picture Desk and Video Library), demonstrating facility with internal systems and global logistical chains.
